Featured Keynote Speaker: Dr. William H. Graves

Dr. William H. Graves is considered one of the foremost authorities on the role of the Internet in academic technology, having given hundreds of presentations and published more than 50 articles on all aspects of information technology in higher education. In his 30 years of academic technology experience, Graves has served the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in a number of capacities, including two terms as associate dean for general education, an interim term as vice chancellor for academic affairs and eight years as senior information technology officer.

NAWeb2000: Web-based Learning will focus on practical applications of World Wide Web technologies to promote learning, extending the reach of existing campuses and using the Web as a valid and viable educational tool. E-Commerce, as it applies to web-based learning will be a focus.
Conference topics include, but are not limited to:
