Greetings all!

Well I guess most of you know that opening - most of you received at least five e-mail newsletters from me that started that way. This is the second annual N.A.WEB conference - dedicated and designed for you - the people who are delivering courseware over the web - or like many of you, are designing courseware for delivery over the web.

I trust your flights, drives and ways in were uneventful in a good way. (When I went to AUSWEB '96 in Australia this past summer, it took two days for my baggage to catch up with me!)

We have a packed full conference - full of good speakers, good presentations, good friends, good food and good fun. And to quote one of my favorite authors, Robert B. Parker, "Good is not how you do something, it's how you feel when you've finished." And I trust you will all feel GREAT! So . . .

Let the games begin!

Rik Hall
